To deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to clients with complex health and/or behavioural needs in their own homes, carrying out specific clinical tasks delegated by a Registered Nurse. The post-holder works on a 1:1 basis, strictly in accordance with each client's bespoke care plan and risk assessments, and undertakes delegated clinical tasks only after being assessed and signed off as competent by the Registered Nurse (RGN) or Clinical Lead. The role is central to Unicare's nurse-led, clinically governed model of complex care.
