Unicare Complex Care Specialist Ltd is seeking Children's Care Workers to support children in their own homes across Chichester, Winchester, Durrington and Bognor Regis. Afternoon and evening shifts typically start at 3:00 pm and finish around 9:00 pm, with weekend work also available.
You will provide care based on each child's plan, help with daily routines, activities and independence, and work closely with families and the wider care team.
