We specialise in high-end, bespoke care packages that empower people to remain safely and happily in their own homes. We are expanding our Private Client and Community Support divisions and are seeking compassionate, highly reliable people to join us as Companionship Support Workers.
About the Role
This is a purely non-clinical role focused on companionship, social inclusion and hospital avoidance providing premium companionship and practical support that enriches our clients' daily lives. Please note: this role involves absolutely no personal care, physical lifting or clinical interventions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Social inclusion: accompanying clients to appointments and social events, or simply enjoying a walk in the community.
- Companionship: providing engaging conversation, emotional support and a reassuring presence.
- Light domestic support: assisting with household organisation, shopping and running errands.
- Meal preparation: preparing fresh, nutritious meals in line with dietary needs and Level 2 Food Safety / HACCP standards.
Who We Are Looking For
You do not need a nursing or care background to excel in this role we are looking for the right character. Deeply empathetic, patient, and an excellent listener. A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (highly preferred for community outings). Punctual, highly reliable, and professional, with a white-glove standard of customer service. A genuine desire to improve the quality of life of vulnerable adults. Right to Work in the UK (this role does not offer visa sponsorship). Hold, or be willing to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check.
