Casual Facilities Operatives are sought to join the Estates Department on a zero-hour basis, mainly based at Princethorpe College. The department provides maintenance and operational support across the Princethorpe Foundation and works as a cohesive team.
This wide-ranging role includes minibus driving, set-up/pack-down and support of internal and external events, porterage, traffic management and helping to keep the site clean and tidy. There are opportunities for casual work across the week, with a variety of shifts in and out of term time. Hours and venue will depend on Foundation needs and will be planned in advance or offered at short notice. Please outline your availability and skills in your letter of application.
The salary for this role is based on band D5 of the Princethorpe Foundation support staff scale; £12.88 per hour exclusive of holiday pay. The hourly rate will be enhanced due to the holiday pay accrued for the time worked. This is a rewarding benefits package including a pension scheme and a cycle to work scheme.
