The Principal & Chief Executive provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for the college, ensuring the delivery of outstanding performing arts education while maintaining the organisation’s financial sustainability, academic excellence and industry relevance. The postholder is responsible for the overall leadership, management and growth of the institution, overseeing academic programmes, operational performance, student recruitment, external partnerships and institutional reputation. The Principal & Chief Executive acts as the public face of the college and is accountable to the Board for the success and future development of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver the long-term strategic vision and growth plan for the college.
- Lead the institution in achieving excellence in performing arts education, training and industry engagement.
