About the Role
We are a growing UK manufacturing business looking to recruit a highly organized and motivated Project Co-Ordinator to support the planning, delivery and tracking of multiple client manufacturing projects. This is a key role, requiring strong communication, excellent organization and a determined mindset to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate assigned projects from receipt of an order through to production and delivery
- Plan, monitor and update project schedules, actions and milestones
- Communicate clearly with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders
- Track progress, identify risks and adapt plans as priorities change
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Support continuous improvement across processes and ways of working

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects at once
- Confident and professional in communication at all levels

Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in a project co-ordination or similar role is essential
