This rewarding role will see you responsible for overseeing the safe operation, infrastructure and maintenance of production facilities, ensuring maximum uptime and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Fully manage health and safety compliance throughout the factory, including development and monitoring of risk assessments, method statements and Safe System of Work.
- Oversee daily, preventative and emergency maintenance of building, infrastructure and production machinery.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health and security standards and manage risk.
- Manage relationships with external service providers for cleaning, security and repairs.
- Develop and manage facility budgets, including costs for repairs and renovations.
- Supervise facility upgrades, equipment installations and refurbishments.

Experience and Skills
- Over 8 years proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing health and safety in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in risk management.
- Proven experience of designing and maintaining a PPM schedule.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Experience in managing projects, budgets and time.
- Relevant H&S qualifications.
