We are looking for a versatile Midweight Creative Designer with strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite as well as experience producing high-quality product communications and marketing collateral. This role is centred around visual design, layout and brand presentation. You will translate supplied product information and campaign briefs into clear, engaging design across print, digital and presentation formats. From brochures and catalogues to exhibitions, campaigns and sales decks, you will help ensure our visual communications are consistently presented, engaging and visually impactful. This role includes photo retouching and video editing to produce high-quality imagery and short-form video content supporting campaigns, product launches and social media activity. Experience capturing photography or video content is a bonus, but not essential. You will work closely with marketing, product and sales teams to deliver creative work that is polished, on-brand and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine product communications including brochures, catalogues, datasheets, manuals and marketing documents with a strong focus on layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
- Create marketing and campaign assets across print and digital, including exhibition and event graphics, POS materials, internal communications visuals, website assets and social media content.
- Develop and maintain presentation templates and pitch decks for sales and internal use.
- Adapt and repurpose creative assets across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in each format.
- Retouch and optimise product and in-situ imagery (e.g. factory, exhibition, event, and installed display environments).
- Confidently interpret briefs and contribute design solutions that meet both creative and commercial objectives.
- Manage projects from concept through to final artwork, working independently on assigned projects and managing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork, liaising with suppliers and checking proofs where required.
- Maintain and organise design assets including imagery, templates, icons, and brand elements.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure visuals support messaging and channel requirements.
- Respond positively to feedback, refining work efficiently to meet project and stakeholder requirements.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance campaigns, presentations, and overall marketing output.
