About the Role
Responsible for leading and growing a portfolio of strategic client accounts, driving revenue through strong relationships, account planning and commercial evaluation. Acting as a senior point of contact, the role partners with key strategic stakeholders to understand client needs to deliver solutions that create long-term value. The role owns account strategy while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and meet growth targets. Working cross-functionally, the Account Manager ensures clients receive high quality, consistent experience and that commercial objectives are achieved. The role requires a confident, consultative sales leader with strong commercial judgement, capable of managing complex accounts and influencing at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Develop and execute account plans that drive retention, expansion and long-term value
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Identify, qualify and convert new opportunities within existing accounts
- Own forecasting, pipeline management and reporting for assigned accounts
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts and renewals
- Act as a senior point of contact ensuring high-quality client experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned to client needs
- Monitor account performance proactively
- Contribute to sales strategy, planning and continuous improvement initiatives
