We are looking for a talented person to join our team of experienced professionals, responsible for the development, testing and manufacture of standard and non-standard products ensuring a high-quality product/project is delivered from concept to client. You will work alongside the Development Engineer and other operatives to problem solve, test and development of our products.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble custom lighting fixtures in collaboration with the product design and production teams
- Support the lighting production team by wiring and building control panels
- Problem solve technical challenges involving drivers, lamps, dimming protocols (DALI and DMX), and low-voltage circuits
- Assist the design and sales teams in building mock ups using in-house facilities
- Use tools to modify fixtures and customise lighting accessories
- Plan on-site work, ensuring accurate, detail-focused installation and excellence on every project

Key Responsibilities

Essential skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years\’ experience programming LEDs
- Casambi, Teensy, DMX and Dali control knowledge (advantageous)
- LED product and industry knowledge an advantage
- Good level of electrical knowledge
- Electrical or soldering experience
- Good understanding of Microsoft products (particularly excel)
- Read basic production drawings
