Electronics Technician
Electronics Technician
We are looking for a talented person to join our team of experienced professionals, responsible for the development, testing and manufacture of standard and non-standard products ensuring a high-quality product/project is delivered from concept to client. You will work alongside the Development Engineer and other operatives to problem solve, test and development of our products.

Key Responsibilities
- Working with the development engineering team you will assist in building prototypes for new or critical client projects), calculating wiring and specifications for production
- Assist the technical development teams with research of components, connectors, controllers etc. to assist with improving our products for manufacture whilst achieving client expectations
- Complete testing and reporting where required for prototype and current products
- Build prototype lightboxes or other illuminated products for testing and development
- Complete production work of more complex lighting, electrical or electronics products
- To work as a team and assist colleagues as required
- To undertake any training required to perform role
Essential skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years\’ experience programming LEDs
- Casambi, Teensy, DMX and Dali control knowledge (advantageous)
- LED product and industry knowledge an advantage
- Good level of electrical knowledge
- Electrical or soldering experience
- Good understanding of Microsoft products (particularly excel)
- Read basic production drawings
