About the Role

Our production operatives are based at our factory in Middleton, Manchester. Working as part of a well established team, you will be responsible for the assembly of electrical panels to be used within Unibox products. Unibox manufacture products for well known brands, blue chip companies and many more besides.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assembly and testing of lighting and electrical panels
  • Working from engineering/technical drawings and specifications
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure the accuracy of component placing, appropriate power routing and compliance to safety standards
  • Electrical wiring and LED installation
  • Working within a well established team

About You

You will be:

  • Highly motivated for the delivery of accurate and high quality work
  • Able to plan and organise your own workload
  • Able to work to strict deadlines
  • Able to work as a team player

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years electrical or soldering experience
  • LED product knowledge a distinct advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required
  • Ability to read production drawings
