Key objectives

  • Lead the UK commercial strategy and be accountable for revenue performance.
  • Drive the development and delivery of high‑value, long‑term brand partnerships across the portfolio.
  • Oversee and develop a high‑performing sales team, ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business and strategic opportunities.
  • Unlock new revenue streams and evolve the partnerships offering to maximise value and deliver impactful, best‑in‑class brand experiences.

What you will be doing…

  • Drive the performance of the UK business to achieve and exceed budget targets.
  • Develop and implement a long‑term commercial and partnership strategy.
  • Structure and secure complex, multi‑asset partnerships to maximise value.
  • Leverage existing assets and relationships to build sustainable income streams.
  • Identify emerging trends and translate these into innovative brand opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to deliver against ambitious targets.
  • Own the sales strategy, pipeline, and performance alongside senior leadership.
  • Drive a culture of high performance, accountability, and strategic selling.
  • Work cross‑functionally to unlock opportunities and enhance the customer experience.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain senior relationships with brands, agencies, and partners.
  • Operate confidently at the Director and C‑suite level.
  • Collaborate with regional and European leadership to share best practices and drive growth.
  • Increase pitch activity and conversion across the team.

Operational & Commercial Excellence

  • Lead forecasting, reporting, and long‑term business planning.
  • Ensure strong commercial governance, including contracts, compliance, and financial processes.
  • Maintain high standards across CRM, sales collateral, and reporting.
  • Oversee account management processes, ensuring revenue collection and zero‑debt policy adherence.

We're looking for an experienced commercial leader with strong market credibility and a passion for innovation:

  • Proven success in partnerships, media, experiential, or events sales at a senior level.
  • Experience working with or within brands, agencies, or media owners.
  • Strong track record of leading teams and delivering sustained revenue growth.
  • Well‑established network across brands and agencies, with the ability to open doors at senior level.
  • Deep understanding of consumer trends and brand experience strategy.
  • Highly commercial, with strong financial and strategic acumen.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
