Media Sales Manager

Job Overview

Join Westfield Rise, URW’s in‑house retail media agency. We are redefining retail media and are looking for a driven sales professional to join the Media & Data vertical. In this role, you’ll support media revenue targets, drive business development across our Media and Rise+ Data offerings, and unlock strategic growth opportunities across the UK portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Westfield Rise Media and Rise+ Data products to hit revenue targets.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline – from lead spotting to pitching, negotiating and closing deals.
• Build and maintain relationships across the UK OOH landscape, including agencies, retailers, and partners.
• Sell Rise+ Data products and work closely with the Data team to deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with JCDecaux, Ocean Outdoor and internal teams to create integrated, innovative campaigns that combine media and data.
• Serve as the go‑to expert for Rise+ Data, providing insights, troubleshooting and ensuring clients have a superior experience.
• Provide clear reporting and forecasting, measure performance, spot opportunities and maintain compliance.
• Represent URW with professionalism, consistency and share best practices across the global portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 3 years of proven success in media sales, sponsorship or partnerships.
• Strong commercial skills and deep knowledge of media market trends.
• Ability to develop standout pitches and present with impact.
• Client focus – skilled at identifying opportunities, tailoring outreach and converting leads.
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset – able to interpret data, solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Influencer & negotiator – adept at building networks and negotiating effectively within the media ecosystem.
