About You:

Are you a motivated, results-oriented professional with a passion for education and a solid understanding of the Oxbridge admissions process? UniAdmissions is looking for an exceptional Sales Consultant to convert leads from business clients into lasting partnerships. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves building genuine connections, thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, and consistently hits or exceeds sales goals. If you’re a strategic thinker, a proactive relationship builder, and ready to take on the challenge of scaling a leading educational platform, we want to hear from you! Join us and make a significant impact in revolutionising education through innovative business collaborations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answering inbound phone enquiries; we don’t do any cold calling whatsoever, following them up to convert them into paying clients.
  • Providing application advice from a sound knowledge of the most common admissions tests and interview types, and matching customer needs with the programmes we offer.
  • Following up with your leads to ensure you hit your Sales Quota – a good amount of this will take place in the evenings and weekends – this is a flexible role (and not a 9-5!), we often start work at 11 or 12!
  • Communicating with the Programme Manager to ensure all won deals experience our world-renowned customer care.
  • Weekly Sales Coaching and Formal Training.
  • Contributing and implementing ideas to improve processes and systems within the sales team.

Our Values:

Joining UniAdmissions Means:

  • Deep Mentoring and Support: We provide a supportive environment where personalized mentoring helps both our staff and our students overcome challenges and succeed in their goals.

If these qualities don’t resonate with you, UniAdmissions might not be the best fit. However, if you’re excited by a challenge and eager to make a real impact in the educational sector, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements:

The Skills & Experience You’ll Need:

  • A degree from a UK university in any discipline.
  • A solid understanding of the Oxbridge admissions process, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or customer service, with a track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
  • The ability to stay composed under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines with confidence.

Don’t Apply If:

  • You want a 9 to 5: Great things are built when great people work hard on a common goal. Our team’s dedication goes beyond standard hours. We’re looking for someone who is flexible and committed, ready to go the extra mile when our students and team need it most.
  • You lack drive: This role requires a proactive approach to sales, consistently identifying and converting leads into meaningful partnerships.
  • You shy away from technology: As a forward-thinking company, we leverage technology to enhance our educational services and internal operations. Proficiency with digital tools and an enthusiasm for embracing new tech is crucial in our fast-paced environment.
  • You lack initiative: We value team members who are proactive, energetic, and driven to succeed. Our environment thrives on individuals who bring passion and dynamism to their roles, consistently seeking ways to improve and innovate.
