We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and results-oriented Business Development Manager to support the growth of our educational consultancy across London. This is a field-based, client-facing role focused on developing strategic partnerships, expanding our recruitment network, and generating new student recruitment opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in building relationships with learning centres, community organisations, and education partners while identifying and onboarding new recruitment agents. Develop and implement business development strategies to support company growth β€’ Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with learning centres, community organisations, and education providers β€’ Recruit and develop a network of recruitment agents/Student Consultants β€’ Generate new student recruitment opportunities and referral channels. β€’ Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with partners β€’ Prepare regular business development reports and updates for management β€’ Understanding of the UK higher education sector and student recruitment landscape Proven experience in business development, sales, recruitment or the education sector β€’ Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills β€’ Competitive salary β€’ Attractive performance-based commission structure β€’ Flexible working environment with the freedom to manage your own schedule β€’ Career progression opportunities within a growing educational consultancy
