About the Role

As Field Marketing Manager, EMEA, you will own and drive regional field marketing strategy and execution across key EMEA markets, in close partnership with enterprise sales leadership. You will be responsible for building and executing integrated, pipeline-generating programs that strengthen relationships with enterprise buyers and accelerate revenue growth.

This role requires both strategic thinking and operational excellence, balancing program design and regional planning with hands-on execution of high-impact field initiatives.

  • Execute field marketing programs including third-party sponsorships, executive dinners, customer roundtables, and industry events.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to support pipeline-driving activities and ensure field programs align with regional sales priorities.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and activations, including venue selection, vendor management, timelines, budgets, and on-site execution.
  • Own production and delivery of event assets and materials (signage, swag, registration pages, follow-up communications).
  • Support lead capture, list management, and post-event follow-up in collaboration with sales and marketing operations.
  • Track program execution details and assist with post-event reporting, feedback collection, and performance insights.
  • Maintain field marketing calendars and documentation to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, events, or integrated campaign roles, preferably in high-growth, enterprise-focused companies.

  • Proven experience building and executing field marketing strategy across multiple countries within EMEA.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and independently manages multiple concurrent projects.
  • Comfortable executing event and field marketing programs, including coordinating vendors, managing assets, and supporting on-site logistics.
  • Strong collaborator who enjoys working closely with sales, marketing, and external partners to support shared goals.
