The Role
We're looking for a highly capable, handsâon CRM Marketer to fully own Unfolded's email and lifecycle marketing â from strategy through to execution, design, copy and optimisation. This role is perfect for someone who loves building things endâtoâend: crafting beautiful, onâbrand emails, writing compelling copy, building smart automations in Klaviyo, and using data to continuously improve performance across both acquisition and retention. You'll be responsible for how Unfolded shows up in inboxes: shaping customer experience, driving revenue, and strengthening our relationship with a community of over 100,000 customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the entire email channel (strategy â creation â performance)
- Full ownership of all email output across acquisition, onboarding, retention, loyalty and reactivation
- Plan and manage the campaign calendar aligned to product launches, community moments and brand initiatives
- Personally build all emails endâtoâend: layout, design, copywriting, QA and deployment
- Design visually strong, mobileâfirst email templates that feel distinctly Unfolded and perform commercially
- Write clear, engaging, conversionâfocused copy that reflects our tone of voice and mission
- Continuously evolve creative standards through testing, iteration and insight
- Maintain brand consistency while moving fast and experimenting creatively
- Own Klaviyo endâtoâend: flows, segmentation, dynamic content, integrations, deliverability and reporting
- Build and optimise automated journeys (welcome, abandon browse/cart, postâpurchase, replenishment, winback, VIP, etc.)
- Implement advanced personalisation using behavioural and transactional data
- Run structured experimentation across subject lines, creative, layout, offers, cadence and timing
- Analyse performance across revenue per send, contribution margin, engagement, repeat rate and LTV impact
- Identify opportunities to increase repeat purchase, AOV and customer lifetime value
- Own CRM reporting and performance reviews
- Share customer insight with product, brand and growth teams to influence wider business decisions
As a small but growing business, we all muck in, and as such, you'll also get experience around other marketing channels and photoshoots/brand campaigns.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves
- Strong handsâon experience owning CRM / email in a DTC or ecommerce business
- Deep working knowledge of Klaviyo: building flows, segmentation, analytics and deliverability management
- Proven ability to personally design and build highâquality emails (not just brief designers)
- Strong copywriting skills with commercial instinct and brand sensitivity
- Analytical mindset with experience running structured testing and optimisation programmes
- Comfortable owning a critical channel independently in a fastâmoving environment
- Passion for sustainability, circular economy or missionâdriven brands
- An excitement for our mission to take on fast fashion...

- Experience scaling a highâgrowth consumer brand
- Experience with Canva, Adobe, Figma or email design systems
