Unfold is a UX and technology studio that creates software, web apps and websites. We believe clients shouldn't have to choose between exceptional user experience and technical capability. We blend both disciplines to create seamless digital experiences that unlock potential. Based in the heart of Bristol, we're on the lookout for a Head of Delivery to join our small, passionate team. This role reports directly to Unfold's MD, Harry. Unfold is a team full of friendly folks who genuinely understand the pressures of everyday life. About the Role
As Head of Delivery, you'll be the driving force behind our studio's success - leading a brilliant, multidisciplinary team and shaping the strategy that brings our bold ideas to life. You'll sit at the heart of our Senior Leadership Team, playing a key role in steering Unfold's direction and championing growth across the business. Day to day, you'll empower the team, unlock new opportunities with our clients, and improve how we operate - ensuring every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and with real impact. This role is perfect for a strategic, people-first leader who thrives on solving complex problems, communicating with clarity, and bringing out the best in others.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Make strategic contributions to the SLT by challenging the status quo, helping to steer company direction.
- Bring fresh perspective to our thinking across all areas of the business to help promote the company's growth.
- Lead the charge on internal projects and initiatives that move the business forward.
- Build meaningful relationships with our clients, helping them thrive and deepening their partnership with Unfold in the process.
Studio Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning of each project. You'll connect the dots between our clients' business goals and seamless project delivery.
- Be the force behind an energised and productive studio. You'll prioritise and coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring clarity, momentum, and alignment across the board.
- Champion our people - Build lasting relationships with our team and clients, providing the support and clarity they need to thrive.
- Empower our teams to do their best work - From refining briefs to unblocking issues, your focus is on making things smoother, smarter, and more fulfilling.
- Stay one step ahead - Spot risks before they become issues, adapt plans with agility, and keep delivery enjoyable and stress-free.
- Bring sharp commercial instincts to every project - You'll oversee budgets, track performance, and provide clear, confident reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Keep communication flowing - You'll ensure that goals, actions, and decisions are always clear and documented, so everyone moves forward together.
About You:
- You have demonstrable experience in project delivery or operations, ideally within a web development or digital agency environment.

Benefits:
- Salary of £38,000 - £44,000 DOE
