p Senior Interior Designer | Workplace Design Build /p p London | £75,000 – £85,000 DOE /p p br /p p We are working with a well established Design Build studio in London, known for delivering high-end workplace and office fit-out projects, who are looking for a Senior Pitch Designer to join their growing team. /p p br /p p This is a senior, client facing role. Youll have led commercial workplace projects within a Design Build environment before, from concept through technical delivery and on-site resolution, and youre ready to take full ownership of a project from brief to completion. Youll work closely with project managers, contractors and clients throughout. /p p br /p p Theres a clear path to grow here too. Youll be expected to mentor junior designers as part of the role, and as the studios project pipeline builds, so does the opportunity to move into a more senior position. /p p br /p p strong What youll need /strong /p p br /p p Minimum 6 years experience in workplace/commercial interior design, including time working within a Design Build studio /p p br /p p A strong portfolio of built workplace projects across Cat A and/or Cat B fit-outs that you can talk us through /p p br /p p Experience leading concept development, technical detailing and stakeholder presentations end to end /p p br /p p Confident working knowledge of Revit, plus CAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Cloud /p p Strong technical detailing skills /p p br /p p Experience mentoring or managing junior designers /p p br /p p This role also comes with some excellent benefits.
