Unfold is working with a highly regarded design studio looking to appoint a Senior Technical Designer to join their growing technical team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong designer who is highly proficient in Revit and wants to play a key role across both pitch-stage and live project delivery. You’ll support projects from early bid and concept stages through to technical delivery, producing high-quality Revit models, coordinated drawing packs, and presentation-ready visuals that help win work and support successful project outcomes. This role would suit someone ambitious, organised, and confident working across multiple project stages with both creative and technical teams.
Key responsibilities:- Provide technical design support during pitch and bid stages, including the development of Revit models, assets, and presentation-ready outputs.
- Produce contract-ready technical drawing packs, coordinated models, and a full suite of Revit assets to support both pitches and delivery.
- Build, model, render, and visualise designs using Revit, including materials and lighting integration to produce rendered views and walkthroughs via Enscape.
- Support creative designers on live projects, helping with site-based coordination and technical problem-solving.
- Assist in maintaining and improving technical standards, workflows, and best practices within the Revit environment.
- Work closely with interior designers, project managers, and commercial teams to ensure coordinated and technically robust solutions.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the technical support function, helping to raise quality, efficiency, and innovation.
- Essential: Full proficiency in Revit across the complete workflow, including modelling, detailing, rendering, and coordination.
- Experience integrating Revit models with Enscape to produce rendered visuals and walkthroughs.
- Strong understanding of technical detailing and coordination within commercial interior projects.
