Unfinished is the media agency that’s never done. This spirit of relentlessness runs through our team and approach. We are looking for a Senior Account Director who is never done growing accounts, improving outcomes, and finding smarter ways to unlock client success. The successful candidate will have strong cross-channel and planning experience to work across a portfolio of clients in the retail and ecommerce sectors. You will push forward the day-to-day output across your accounts, ensuring client deliverables maintain a consistently high standard. You will take a leading role in the strategy and planning responses, including presenting back to clients.

Key aspects of the role:

  • Client Leadership + Relationship Ownership
    • Owns senior client relationships (often CMO/Marketing Director level)
    • Acts as the strategic partner, not just campaign manager
    • Leads annual planning, regular business reviews, and growth roadmaps
    • Anticipates client challenges and identifies opportunities proactively
    • Manages conflict resolution and protects long-term client retention
