The successful candidate will have strong cross-channel and planning experience to work across a portfolio of clients in the retail and ecommerce sectors. You will push forward the day-to-day output across your accounts, ensuring client deliverables maintain a consistently high standard. - Negotiates scopes of work, contracts, and remuneration models
- Oversees forecasting, budget pacing, and financial health of accounts

- Challenges briefs to improve effectiveness
- Oversees integrated channel planning (TV, digital, OOH, search, social, etc.)
- Pushes innovation, test-and-learn frameworks, and competitive advantage
- Converts data into business outcomes (not just media metrics)
- Operational Excellence
- Liaises with buying and functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to KPI
- Oversees reporting frameworks and performance governance
- Coordinates between planning, buying, analytics, and creative teams
- Improves internal processes, SLAs, and quality control
- Escalation point for major delivery issues
There will be plenty of opportunities to take a broader role in the agency – such as working on and leading pitches, developing our approach to marketing and new business, developing the agency proposition, skills sets, and category expertise.
We are a small but growing media agency. We’re looking for someone with the correct blend of experience with the ability to be fully hands-on. Someone wanting to do more and move forward. You’ll be hardworking, positive, and passionate about your work. You’ll be joining a fun and energetic team and so if that sounds appealing, please get in touch.
