Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:
- Business development: identifying and securing new clients within the life sciences sector
- Candidate sourcing and management: attracting, assessing, and placing top talent with our clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on delivering high-quality service
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 2-5 years of recruitment experience in the life science sector (any vertical)
- A proven track record of consistent billings (£200k+ per annum)
- Evidence of business development skills, with the ability to sign on new clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Passion for the life sciences sector and a willingness to learn and develop expertise
