What you'll be doing:

  • Connecting job seekers with opportunities
  • Headhunting candidates
  • Business Development - winning new clients, developing existing accounts, nurturing client relationships
  • Developing your own sales & negotiation skills
  • Pitching, negotiating & agreeing terms of business
