My clients is one of the leading recruitment agencies in London and are looking to hire Junior Recruitment Consultants to join their team.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Connecting job seekers with opportunities
- Headhunting candidates
- Business Development – winning new clients, developing existing accounts, nurturing client relationships
- Developing your own sales & negotiation skills
- Pitching, negotiating & agreeing terms of business
To be successful you\’ll need to be:
