The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

We are always looking for the right people to join our team, helping to deliver positive and unfading memories. We accept applications throughout the year and are a Living Wage Employer.

Our aim is to provide the best possible respite outings and holidays for our clients and our support staff play a key role in achieving this. Through you we enable adults of all abilities to travel and experience a wide range of destinations, events and activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporter staff provide group and personal support as needed.
  • We usually send two support staff on each of our holidays; more are sent if client needs require it.
  • Our supporters take part in most activities and enable client participation throughout the holiday.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Experience of working with adults with physical disabilities.
  • We will also consider applications from people with relevant life experience, including lots of travel.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, think on your feet, and respond positively to new situations.
  • Proactive attitude, good communication skills, patience and a good sense of humour.
  • Desirable: driving license.

Vetting: must be cleared through the PGV (Scotland) or DBS (England) vetting system, depending on location.

Training will be provided as required.
