The Opportunity
Ready for real ownership, equity upside, and the chance to build something? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to:
- Submit and track promotional funding claims across accounts
- Maintain product catalogue data across retailer portals – stock updates, SKU management, pricing adjustments
- Own the operational onboarding for each new retail account as we grow
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You...
- Have 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics within FMCG, consumer goods, or e-commerce
- Are hands-on with supplier management, PO workflows, and production coordination
- Have experience managing 3PL relationships and order fulfilment
- Are comfortable owning demand forecasting and stock planning
- Are familiar with IMS/ERP systems; experience setting one up is even better
- Have retail operations experience, i.e., PO management, invoicing, account admin
- Have some exposure to quality and compliance, e.g., batch testing, certifications, and regulatory requirements
- Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive; comfortable owning it end-to-end
- Are excited about women’s health and purpose-led consumer brands
- Are available to start ASAP
