The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to own the operational engine behind Unfabled's growing product line from supplier to shelf to customer. You’ll come in knowing how supply chains work, roll up your elbows, and get straight to it: managing suppliers, running retail account operations, owning stock forecasting, quality and compliance, and building the processes that scale with us.
What You’ll Do
- Be the primary contact for our manufacturers and suppliers: PO issuance, production scheduling, shipment tracking, and escalating delays before they become problems.
- Own stock forecasting for our own-brand range: building demand models that account for retail sell-through, promotional uplifts, and NPD pipeline.
- Oversee our 3PL end-to-end: inbound booking, outbound coordination, warehousing, and order fulfilment.
- Set up and maintain our IMS/ERP, ensuring it accurately reflects stock positions, supplier data, and order flow across all channels.
- Work closely with finance on COGS tracking, stock reconciliation, and margin reporting to inform pricing decisions.
- Build the SOPs and processes that allow the supply chain to scale as we add accounts and products.
- Own our quality and compliance programme: third-party batch testing, supplier certifications, and UK/EU regulatory requirements.
Retail Operations
- Receive and process POs across existing and new retail accounts and manage invoicing, payment tracking, and deduction queries.
- Investigate and resolve misdeliveries; submit and track promotional funding claims across accounts.
- Maintain product catalogue data across retailer portals – stock updates, SKU management, pricing adjustments.
- Own the operational onboarding for each new retail account as we grow.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You...
- Have 3+ years' experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics within FMCG, consumer goods, or e-commerce.
- Are hands-on with supplier management, PO workflows, and production coordination.
- Have experience managing 3PL relationships and order fulfilment.
- Are comfortable owning demand forecasting and stock planning.
- Are familiar with IMS/ERP systems; experience setting one up is even better.
- Have retail operations experience, i.e., PO management, invoicing, account admin.
- Have some exposure to quality and compliance, e.g., batch testing, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive; comfortable owning it end-to-end.
- Are excited about women’s health and purpose-led consumer brands.
- Are available to start ASAP.
