The Role

We’re looking for a highly driven and adaptable Founder’s Associate to work directly with our Founder & CEO across a wide range of strategic and operational projects. This is a high-impact role offering a front-row seat to scaling a fast-growing consumer health startup – ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to learn how to build a company from the inside out.

What you’ll do:

  • New Product Development (NPD): Research emerging trends, ingredients and consumer insights; support supplier sourcing, sampling, and project management from concept to launch.
  • Strategy & Research: Conduct market, category and competitive research to inform company strategy, investor materials and business decisions.
  • Operations & Internal Processes: Drive operational discipline across the business; support day-to-day operations, process improvements, OKR tracking, reporting, hiring workflows and ad-hoc problem solving across teams; help strengthen team culture and ways of working.
  • Growth: Work cross-functionally and manage various growth and expansion initiatives.
  • Special Projects: Lead and execute cross-functional projects that directly support company priorities – from new product launches and hiring to fundraising and strategic partnerships – acting as a “force multiplier” for the founder.
  • Founder Comms: Help prepare materials for investors and partners; support founder communications.

About you:

  • Exceptionally organised with a bias for action – you get things done.
  • Curious and analytical, with strong research and synthesis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching between strategy and execution.
  • Excited about women’s health, consumer innovation, and building from zero to one.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment (startups, consulting or VC preferred).

Why join us:

You’ll work side-by-side with the founder and leadership team, gaining hands-on experience across all facets of building a mission-driven brand that’s redefining women’s health. Expect autonomy, steep learning curves, and the chance to make your mark early.

Benefits

  • Equity options
  • Flexible work environment, typically 3 days in office (Paddington, London) and 2 days WFH
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension scheme (5% contribution)
  • Collaborative and inclusive team culture with regular team socials
  • Health and wellness benefits
  • Work in a mission-driven environment with the potential to make a significant impact in women's health!

Right to work: We don’t provide visas so please only apply if you have a right to work in the UK.
