    • Oversee content production for organic and paid channels
    • Lead NPD from a brand perspective, including naming, positioning, design input and go-to-market storytelling across DTC and retail
    • Deliver 360 campaigns, launches and key brand moments
    • Build and maintain a clear brand world to ensure consistency across channels
    • Provide creative direction for brand photography and lifestyle content
  • Retail & Omnichannel
    • Conceptualise and execute integrated retail campaigns for Boots and future retail partners
    • Ensure packaging, in-store assets and retail marketing align with brand strategy
    • Deliver 360 retail activations and OOH initiatives to support rate-of-sale improvements online and in-store
  • Team, Agencies & Operations
    • Manage external resources and agencies across creative, paid, CRM, social, PR and content
    • Build clear workflows, briefs and feedback loops to ensure high-quality delivery
    • Run structured planning cycles, performance reviews, reporting and budget tracking
  • Insights & Analytics
    • Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on brand activity, performance and learnings
    • Use insights to continuously improve brand, content and organic marketing performance
