Job Title: Lead PHP Developer / Technical Lead Location: Exeter (Hybrid Working) Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS company based in Exeter, is looking for a Lead PHP Developer / Technical Lead to join their development team. This role is a blend of technical leadership and hands-on development, with a primary focus on mentoring developers, managing projects, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Lead, mentor, and support a team of PHP developers, providing coaching and guidance. Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code. Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Support AWS deployments and cloud infrastructure management. Strong PHP development background, with experience in frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or Yii. Experience with AWS, Docker, Git, and MySQL. js or other backend technologies. Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Vue.js or Angular.
