About the Role This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone with a technical background and experience in software implementation. The position involves configuring a complex platform, integrating with external systems, and ensuring enterprise clients get maximum value from their investment. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration Gather and scope client requirements to configure the platform accordingly Document any functional gaps and communicate with internal development teams Create and maintain technical documentation to support delivery and ongoing use API & Integration Support and advise clients on integrating third-party systems (e.g., ERP, GIS, compliance tools) Build reports and dashboards to reflect operational data and meet business requirements Ensure seamless data flow and stable integration between systems Collaboration & Communication Partner with internal stakeholders (Product, QA, Development, Support) to deliver tailored solutions Participate in the creation of test plans for implementations Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Act as the key technical contact during onboarding, pre-sales discussions, and post-go-live support What They’re Looking For 2–5 years’ experience in SaaS implementation, technical consulting, or similar roles Strong understanding of API integration, data formats (JSON, CSV, XML), and querying with SQL Solid programming or scripting experience (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PHP) Familiar with tools such as Postman, Tableau, or Power BI Knowledge of identity providers (e.g., Okta, Auth0, Azure AD) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
