We’re working with a fast-growing infrastructure and connectivity organisation that is expanding its in-house engineering capability. They’re looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to lead the design and assurance of power and cooling systems across a diverse portfolio of projects.
On Offer:
- Hybrid working (London or Reading based)
- Up to £100k + bonus

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the design and assurance of electrical power and cooling systems across multiple projects
- Acting as a technical authority to ensure compliance, buildability, and operational resilience
- Developing cooling and ventilation systems aligned to equipment loads and operational requirements
- Supporting the delivery of technical facilities, including equipment rooms and distributed infrastructure
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in electrical design within telecoms, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments
- Strong knowledge of UK regulations and standards (e.g. wiring regulations, building compliance)
- Understanding of cooling and ventilation systems within technical or equipment environments
- Exposure to telecoms or network infrastructure environments is beneficial
