2nd Line Technical Support – Software Development –  £40,000-£45,000 – Exeter (on-site) – Permanent   Uneek has engaged with a growing UK based Software Development company and their bespoke product is used by customers of all sizes across multiple industries. This engagement is to support them to attract a 2nd Line Support Engineer. There will be no actual coding in this role. However it will be extremely beneficial to have a solid background in Development so you can understand their product both on the outside and under the hood. This will allow you to advise on best process, as well be clear on what can or can’t be done and finding solutions to customer requirements.
