Responsibilities
- Full day-to-day management of live construction sites
- Deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard of finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
- Monitor programme, quality and site logistics
- Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager and senior team
- Represent the business professionally with clients and stakeholders

- Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction
- Background in high-end new build housing and refurbishment
- Comfortable managing projects in the £750k-£3m value range
- Strong leadership and organisational skills

- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid essential
