Fit out Site Manager required for a refurbishment project in the Witham area. The Site Manager will be overseeing high end refurbishment / fit out work. The Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from the completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. The Site Manager will ideally have worked on high end or profile projects dealing with high end clients and high spec finishing's.
The Site Manager duties will be but not limited to:
- Overseeing trades / subcontractors
- Dealing with health and safety

- Necessary paperwork
