Site Manager required for refurbishment projects starting in Battersea and London areas. The Site Manager will be overseeing fast track fit out projects valued £50k - £500k. The Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. The Site Manager will ideally have worked on fast-paced refurbishment projects.
