Site Agent required to join a leading civil engineering contractor on major earthworks & civil engineering projects in the Inverness area. The ideal candidate will have a background in earthworks or civil engineering, with experience in highways, roads, groundworks, RC works, earthworks, deep drainage, externals, and heavy civils. A relevant construction degree (HNC or HND) along with SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications is preferred.

The Site Agent will oversee all engineering aspects of the project, including design and technical elements, manage earthworks, lead engineers and foremen, ensure project delivery on time and within budget, develop relationships with clients, consultants, and site personnel, and enforce health and safety standards to ensure all works are completed safely.
