Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects across fit out / facilities / clean rooms / laboratories sectors.
- Client facing and liaison with stakeholders.
- Oversee trades and subcontractors to ensure delivery on time, to budget and to quality.
- Handle health and safety compliance and necessary paperwork.
- Manage contracts with values between 1M and 10M.
Qualifications
- Experience from a fit out / refurbishment background is preferred.
- SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications.
- Experience managing projects across clean rooms / facilities / laboratories is advantageous.
- Strong communication, client-facing, and contract management skills.
