Design Manager required to join leading Main Contractor based in the Letchworth area. The Design Manager will have a proven background as a Design Manager and will be required to assist with tenders, bids and proposals as well as live projects.
The Design Manager will be confident and competent liaising with architects, consultants, structural engineers, highway agencies, local authorities and other contractors. The Design Manager will be highly organised and efficient at managing the flow of information and drawings to all relevant parties ensuring the co-ordination of all works to programme.
The Design Manager ideally comes from a main contractor background with design and build project experience. Typical project values are £500k up to £10m across new build and refurbishment across various sectors.
