Finishing Foreman required for residential refurbishment project in the York area. The Finishing Foreman will ideally come from a residential or refurbishment background with SSSTS / SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience in managing projects from internal phase through to completion and handover. The Finishing Foreman history to date should reflect comprehensive knowledge in the construction of residential developments, covering the construction of multi unit sites building houses, flats and apartments. The Finishing Foreman will be required to oversee finishings, snagging and handover of units managing internal trades and subcontractors.
