An excellent permanent opportunity for a motivated Estimator to join forces with a leading specialist in property construction, refurbishment, and maintenance, operating across the south of England. This position provides an excellent opportunity to grow and develop with a thriving contractor whilst working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Estimator Duties & Specification- Pricing extension & refurbishment projects
- Quantifying price for labour & material uplift
- Obtain supplier quotes
- Prepare full submission from enquiry to submission.
The ideal candidate will come from a trades background with first-hand knowledge of construction processes and be able to price using first principles.

- Basic salary circa £55,000 with a potential uplift post 3 month probation
