They are looking to hire at the analyst level to join the client-facing team. The firm combines a FinTech startup culture with institutional-level service for UHNW and HNW clients and offers clear career progression, including a pathway toward becoming a Financial Adviser.

They are seeking an individual with strong attention to detail who can take on responsibility as the escalation point within the client team, ensuring flawless execution of client-related operational tasks. Responsibilities

  • Act as the operational conduit for all payment transfers, cash movements, and time-sensitive capital calls.
  • Oversee fund collection and invoicing, and resolve complicated payment issues.
  • Ensure accuracy, security, and compliance of client data and advice records, including leading data remediation projects.
  • Handle complex client communications promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Ideal Candidate

  • 12–24 months’ experience in financial services (e.g., administration, operations, or client services), either institutional or retail.
  • Strong academic background (2:1 degree or higher).
  • Started or working toward professional qualifications such as CFA, CISI, or CII.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a highly responsive and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Attention to detail, highly organised, and able to work to deadlines.
  • Proactive, independent thinker who thrives in an entrepreneurial, client-focused environment.
  • Strong interest in Wealth Management and commitment to progressing into an advisory role.
