Role Summary

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Retail Media Operations Manager to join a growing retail media function within a major UK retail and wholesale business. This role is responsible for the operational delivery of retail media campaigns, ensuring activity is executed seamlessly across a national network of stores while providing an excellent experience for supplier partners.

Working across multiple stakeholders, you'll coordinate campaign delivery, oversee digital screen operations, manage reporting, and continuously improve operational processes as the retail media proposition continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of retail media campaigns across stores and digital screens.
  • Schedule campaigns and ensure all activity is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Manage CMS platforms, artwork approvals and campaign publishing.
  • Coordinate digital screen scheduling and monitor campaign compliance.
  • Oversee screen inventory and support the rollout of new installations.
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot operational issues and work closely with IT and support teams to resolve incidents.
  • Act as a key operational contact for suppliers, providing campaign updates and maintaining excellent service levels.
  • Produce campaign reports, performance dashboards and delivery updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse campaign performance, screen utilisation and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor SLAs and drive continuous improvements across campaign delivery processes.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working within Retail Media operations.
  • Experience within retail, grocery or FMCG environments.
  • Strong project or programme coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of supplier relationships and campaign delivery.
  • Confident analysing data and producing meaningful operational reports.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working across multiple internal teams including marketing, IT and commercial functions.
