We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) specialist to join an established ServiceNow capability within a large enterprise environment. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on technical delivery, HRSD functional expertise, and platform engineering capability. The successful candidate will act as a technical and functional SME, working closely with HR Technology leadership, HR journey owners, governance teams, and delivery squads to stabilise BAU, reduce backlog, and deliver scalable, outcome-based HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
