Capgemini Salisbury is seeking a capable IT Support professional for second-line desktop support, onsite five days a week.
You will resolve incidents to SLA, complete IMACs, and manage NSR tasks with proactive communication to Service Desk and Level3 teams.
Reporting to the EUS Lead Group, you will contribute to incident resolutions, prevent escalations, and ensure security with Bit Locker and basic AD/MECM skills in a fully onsite environment in Salisbury.
