Role Title: SuccessFactors Recruitment Consultant
Duration: contract to run until 26/12/2025

Rate: up to £661.50 p/d Umbrella inside IR35
Clearance: UK or Dual Nationals only
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Certification in SuccessFactors Recruiting
- Experience in implementing innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions - and supporting technologies in large, complex organizations.
- Strong, ‘hands on’ skills in SuccessFactors Recruitment.
- Knowledge and experience of related integrations.
- Configuration experience of both Recruitment Management and Recruitment Marketing.
- Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels within a client’s organisation.
- Clear, compelling and effective engagement skills are critical.
- Ability to plan and run client workshops.
- Guide clients on SuccessFactors best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
- Ability to work flexibly, both onsite and remotely. UK travel and limited overseas travel will be required.
- Experience of global deployments / experience of solution delivery across multiple geographies.
- Ensure quality delivery of SuccessFactors solutions.
