We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Technology Reporting Analyst to support a large-scale technology environment, working across multiple digital workplace domains. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights that drive operational excellence, service governance, and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for producing and enhancing reporting across Productivity, IAM, Hardware, Endpoint, and Collaboration services, ensuring that performance metrics, SLAs, and service health indicators are clearly understood and effectively communicated. Key Responsibilities- SLA, KPI & Performance Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards covering SLAs, KPIs, OLAs, and operational metrics.
- Monitor trends to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Produce monthly and quarterly performance packs with clear narrative and recommendations.
- Ensure reporting supports governance forums, audits, and service reviews.
- Cross-Domain Reporting
- Productivity: Report on Microsoft 365 usage, adoption, performance, and tenant health. Provide insights into collaboration behaviours and tool optimisation.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Monitor performance of SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle processes, and access requests. Report on identity hygiene, Zero Trust controls, and access governance.
- Track device lifecycle metrics including procurement, deployment, break/fix, inventory, and disposal. Report on device reliability, refresh performance, supplier performance, and stock levels.
- Monitor OS compliance, patching success rates, autopatch performance, and endpoint security posture. Report on Intune/SCCM deployments, packaging success, and configuration drift.
- Track performance and availability of meeting room and AV systems, hybrid working tools, and print services. Report on utilisation, incident trends, device health, and user experience.
- Data Quality, Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting sources.
- Document data models, definitions, and reporting standards.
- Partner with Product Owners and Service Leads to refine metrics and improve data capture.
- Embed insights into product-led delivery and service roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the central point of contact for Workplace Technology reporting.
- Translate reporting needs into meaningful outputs for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support governance forums, risk discussions, and service improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical background with experience in service reporting or IT performance analysis.
- Proficient in Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Understanding of ITIL, operational governance, and service management processes.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working with cross-functional technology teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience within Workplace Technology / Digital Workplace / EUC environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, identity platforms, or AV technologies.
- Understanding of product-led delivery and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and compliance reporting.
