Job Title: Project Coordinator

Duration: 12 months

Location: The Maynard Centre, Forest Farm Ind Est, Longwood Dr, Cardiff

Pay Rate: Competitive

Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to be part of their Custom Solutions Team. The team is responsible for developing, validating, and transferring lateral flow and membrane products from the Proof of Principle phase into Manufacturing.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. This role involves coordinating tasks, managing schedules, communicating with global team members, and ensuring that project goals are achieved on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and gather requirements, define project scope, assign tasks, monitor progress, and manage revenue recognition of proof of principle orders.
  • Ensure project tasks are completed on time, meet quality standards/compliance, and project documentation is organised and accessible.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams with the management of projects through the custom development process and within agreed time frames.
  • Monitor tracking of the revenue recognition, and, invoicing of all Proof of Principle PO’s, ensuring all details are clear and up to date.
  • Serves as a point of contact for project team members, stakeholders, and global customers.
  • Effectively communicates to cross-functional teams, facilitates regular project meetings, prepares/presents project status reports, and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Use company standard tools and propose improvements where necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office programmes, including Teams. Desirable to have experience of using SmartSheet or Trello.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
